Marianne Holmgard, 19.10-28.10.19
Marianne Holmgard is one of the artists who were based in Studio K. In the last part of October she moved her studio out into the gallery, and exhibited the various projects she had been working on. Here you could see both landscape paintings and "doodles".
Marianne Holmgard (born 1960) started in the painting profession in 2007. Since then she has taken several courses - including oil painting, acrylic and alcohol / ink techniques. She is particularly fond of the "Dodleries", which is a continuation of the alcohol / ink technique. Marianne uses both acrylic and oil according to what she is inspired by. She is also affiliated with Sandnes Course and Art Center.
